Why use a buyer’s agent?

I know you are probably most interested in the credits and free offers, but there is a real advantage to being an Ascend Realty Buyer’s Program member and having me as your buyer’s agent.

First off, it’s free! Typically the buyer’s agent is compensated by the seller, so there is no charge to you for expert advice and inside access to the largest network of North County real estate agents available. What this does is give you insight to upcoming opportunities from other agents that have not yet hit the market and cannot be found on websites like Zillow, Redfin, or even the MLS. Having early access in this competitive market is your biggest advantage.

Once you have found the home of your dreams, by working with us, we will ensure you do not pay too much for that home. We complete a Competitive Market Analysis of the homes that have sold in that neighborhood and provide detailed feedback that will help you decide what is a good price to offer.

From there, you will lean on our ability to negotiate with the seller’s agent and our understanding of the documentation process that can be a bit stressful and filled with potential headaches. Our job is to help you understand all of the documents you will be signing and coordinate with the title company to make sure all documents are provided and in order.
